A retrospective exhibition by Hastings’ own satirical cartoonist and illustrator, Martin Honeysett, who died in January 2015. Martin Honeysett was one of the most highly regarded joke cartoonists of his generation. This exhibition of his cartoons and illustrations showcases his many talents over a 45 year career. It includes a range of his work from Punch, Private Eye and The Oldie, as well as book illustrations and works created during his professorship in Japan.

The exhibition is supported by an exhibition of cartoons from members of the Professional Cartoonists’ Organisation in the upstairs gallery space.

All work is for sale.

Through October:

Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 5pm,

Sunday 12noon – 5pm. Last admission 4.30pm

November – March:
